These terms govern your use of udayoilmill.in and purchases from Uday Oil Mill. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Business information
Products and services are offered by Uday Oil Mill in accordance with applicable laws in India. Product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice, except where an order is already confirmed and paid.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may exclude shipping unless explicitly marked as inclusive.
- An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Taxes (e.g. GST) are charged as applicable at checkout based on current rules.
3. Payment
Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (such as Razorpay). You agree to their terms when completing payment. We do not store your full card credentials on our servers.
4. Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timelines communicated at checkout or via email/SMS. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by logistics, weather, or force majeure events. Risk of loss for goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, unless otherwise required by law.
Free or discounted shipping offers (e.g. above a minimum order value) apply only when clearly stated during checkout and may be withdrawn or modified for future orders.
5. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Perishable and food items: For hygiene and safety, opened food products may not be eligible for return unless damaged in transit or incorrect items were sent. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.
Damaged or wrong items: We will review genuine claims and may offer replacement or refund at our discretion, in line with applicable consumer laws.
Cancellations: If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; returns will follow the policy above.
6. Product use
Products are intended for culinary use as described on the label. We are not liable for misuse, allergies not disclosed by the customer, or storage contrary to label instructions.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this Site (text, logos, images, and design) is owned by or licensed to Uday Oil Mill. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uday Oil Mill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at a competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
